The  pumps are widely used in food operations.  EVEREST unique  Sliding Vane design is Ideal for handling volatile compounds abrasive slurries & high  viscous  liquids.  The  performance  of other  types  of  positive displacement pumps constantly diminish  as  wear  increases. To  compensate  for the reduced  performance ,  you must increase the pump speed or tolerate reduce capacity. The vanes of Everest  pumps automatically slide out in their rotor slots to continuously adjust for wear.

 

Features:  It  is  offered  in  wide  range  construction like Cast Iron, Stainless Steel or Bronze with vane plates of  Bronze, Teflon or Laminate. It  is  capable  of  handling  any  fluid  from  Water  to  Molasses  or  even  gum  covering  wide  range of viscosities. Vane replacement when neccessary can be easily done in minutes. It is incorporated with replaceble body  liner, thereby increasing the life of the pump. It is self priming and develops high suction. It can be provided in mechanical seals.
